The hotel was quiet little and absolutely great and located in a shopping area. The location was marvellous for walking around a vast pedestrianized public square. I needed 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. Thanks for a great stay, loved it.
Some people working there were angry.

soundproof room, exceptionally comfortable beds and clean bathroom. marvellous and fantastic location, at a moderate distance from a vast pedestrianized public square. and just next door to restaurants and cafes as well as the puerta del sol.

Our accommodation was conveniently situated and easy to reach the main plaza, as well as being within a leisurely 10-15 minute walk from a beautiful plaza.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a private bathroom. The bed was nice. The shower, hairdryer, and guest toiletries were very handy. The location is magnificent; very central, close to most attractions, bars, restaurants, shops, and the city center.

The staff was amiable and exceptionally comfortable. We received a double room with free water, balcony, and a private bathroom as we booked. There were coffee/tea making equipment and glassware provided upon arrival.

My brand-new room was equipped with an electronic key card, tea/coffee making facilities, and a television. the walk-in shower in my room was a pleasant surprise. - the staff here were caring and an absolute pleasure. - the location, just a 5-minute walk from Sol underground station, was a big plus.
